1. Our Commitment

Because many of our products, especially our faith-based mystery boxes, are curated and assembled specifically for you, our refund eligibility varies by product type. We've outlined everything clearly below so there are no surprises.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or exchange on a physical product, the item must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date

  • In its original, unused condition

  • In the original packaging where possible

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Opened mystery boxes, due to the curated, surprise nature of these products, we cannot accept returns once the box has been opened

  • Digital downloads or printables

  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item entirely, we will make it right, no questions asked.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if applicable.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at blessingsinfaithshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return

  2. Wait for our response, we'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions (usually within 2–3 business days)

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect

  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund or exchange

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unrequested returns may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Refund Processing Times

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit

7. Exchanges

We're happy to exchange eligible items for a different title (children's books) where available. Exchanges are subject to current inventory. If the desired item is unavailable, we'll issue store credit or a refund.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Blessings in Faith Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or your building office

  • Contacting your local carrier

  • Reaching out to us, we'll do our best to help resolve the situation
